The contract stipulated between A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. and the Client is considered complete with acceptance, even partial, of the order by A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. .
This acceptance remains tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the client.
By processing an order in the various forms, the Client declares to have read and understood all indications given during purchase, and by using our website he/she
signifies the agreement to be bound by these general and payment conditions. Any right of the client for reimbursement or any damage caused to third parties will be
excluded if the order is not accepted entirely or partially. The trade contract is a contract between two parties, A.Z Bigiotterie S.a.s. located in San Daniele del
Friuli Via Ermes di Colloredo, 45, P.I. 01589780301 registered with the Company's Register of Udine under nr. 182685, and a consumer client through an internet selling system.
All contracts, therefore, will be concluded directly through access by the client to the internet website www.azbigiotterie.it where, following the instructions, the client will be
able to conclude the contract for the purchase of goods. The consumer is a physical person that purchases goods and services for personal use.
Here following you can read all conditions, valid from the moment they appear on the website www.azbigiotterie.it and will refer to all sales executed from that moment.
The customer can purchase all products shown on the electronic catalogue at the moment of the order and visible online, as described on the informative sheets.
It is understood that the image shown on the product description sheet might not be perfectly representative of its own characteristics, but can differ in colors,
dimentions, etc.
All final selling prices are exposed and indicated on the website and visible to the public as per art. 1336 c.c., are inclusive of VAT taxes and any other tax;
shippings costs are clearly stated, in case of abroad shipping all extra costs and local taxes will be charged to the customer.
A.Z.Bigiotterie S.a.s. will be in charge of delivering all products selected and purchased by the customer, through trusted express courier/carriers.
In case the recipient is not available upon delivery, he/she will be left a notice and will personally take care of contacting the courier/carrier to arrange a new delivery.
For shipping within Italy:
- TNT TRACO : Eur 10,00 delivery in 1-2 days
- For orders exceeding Euro 250 + VAT shipping costs are included.
For shipments within Europe:
- DHL : Eur 15,00 delivery in 2-3 days
For shipments outside of Europe:
- DHL for USA and CANADA: Eur 25,00 delivery in 3-5 days
- DHL for CINA: Eur 39,00 delivery in 3-5 days
Shipping times, that in any case will never exceed those described by art.6 decr.Legisl. 185/1999 (30 days from order), may vary from the day
of the order to a maximum of fifteen working days. The above mentioned shipping times refer to articles available at the warehouse at the moment of the order.
Delivery will be conducted by carriers mainly by land.
No responsibility can be attributed to the supplier for delayed or failed delivery due to force majeure or unforseen circumstances.

The details of the bank transfer must contain the order number.
Should the client choose this payment option, the order will be processed and shipped out once funds have been received.
All property rights pass on the customer once payment and delivery of the goods have been completed.
Deterioration risks on the products pass on the customer once the courier completes delivery.
The customer will be able to purchase all products visible on the website www.azbigiotterie.it and available at the warehouse.
In case the order quantities exceed the warehouse availability, the system will accept the order anyway; the customer will then be
contacted by our staff and will be provided more information on waiting times for restoration of the products.
A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. does not take any responsibility for disservices caused by force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires,
strikes, earthquakes, flood and other similar events that might, totally or partially, prevent a punctual delivery.
A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. will not in any case be responsible for damages, loss and additional costs following failed execution of the
contract due to the above mentioned circumstances, having the customer the only right to be refunded the costs spent.
A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. sells high quality products, for whose we offer a minimum warranty of 6, 12 and 24 months from purchase date.
A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. will evaluate any repair received and decide if it falls within warranty clauses.
To that end, and to allow A.Z. Bigiotterie personnel to correctly complete the task, the customer will have to ask the entrance number
for that article by calling directly A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. at 0432 957711. In any case, the regulation reference and application
of warranty is always clearly indicated on the warranty certificate sent alongside.
Once the online purchase procedure is completed, the customer is obligated to print and keep these general conditions that he/she will have
already read and accepted. He/she will also have to keep the product specifications, in order to integrally fulfill art. 3 and 4 of
Decr. Legisl. Nr. 185/1999. It is stricly forbidden to use false information and/or invented and/or fictional, in the registration process that is used
to activate the execution of this contract and other futher communications; personal data and emails must be exclusively personal and not belong to
third parties or be invented. It is stricly forbidden to make double registrations for the same person or insert other persons'details.
A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation or abuse, in the interest and defense of each customer.
A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. is glad to offer a Full Satisfaction Guarantee and will accept returns within 28 days from delivery date of your merchandise.
Please note, Return Authorization Numbers must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return unsuitable items.
In case, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund, store credit or an exchange.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition within the above mentioned time frame of 14 days, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties),
parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product,
the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item without its original boxes or with any indication that
the item has been used or worn. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
Special orders with custom-made articles are not eligible for return or exchange. Also articles that risk to be easily deteriorated or ruined cannot be returned back.
In case of refund, A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. will reimburse the entire amount within 14 days from receipt of the goods at our offices, unless any expenses to cover eventual damages.
In case of credit card payments, A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. will credit the same amount through the issuing institute, otherwise the customer will have to provide
alternative bank details for processing a wire transfer (ABI, CAB, account number of the identity card owner).
A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. reserves the right to decline an order with a communication to the customer for justified reasons; in this case the customer will only
have the right to be reimbursed for the eventual amount paid. The obligations taken by the customer are following art. 7 (obligations of the buyer)
as well as the warranty of good execution of the payment as per art. 2, therefore the non-fulfilment of such obligations (even only one) will determine
the end of this contract ex art. 1456 c.c., without need of a judge verdict, apart from the right of A.Z. Bigiotterie to ask for further damage refunds.

reclami@azbigiotterie.it .
A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond our control.
A.Z. Bigiotterie S.a.s. reserves the right to decline to process an order and/or offer services to anyone at any time.
Every controversy on the application, execution, interpretation and violation of online purchase contracts through www.azbigiotterie.it is under Italian Jurisdiction;
these terms and conditions are here reported following Legislative Decree nr. 50 dated 15.01.1992 and Decree nr. 185 dated 22.05.1999. For any controversy
on the present contract, the competent court is the one in Udine.
